How far in advance should I book?
We recommend booking 2-4 weeks ahead, especially for Sipadan windows and private marine journeys. Last minute spaces are possible depending on season.
What happens if weather conditions change?
We adjust destination and dive profiles to maintain comfort and safety. When conditions are unsuitable, we reschedule or provide the best available alternative route.
Do I need to bring my own equipment?
You are welcome to bring personal gear. Premium rental kits are available and fitted during pre-session preparation with our team.
Are beginners welcome?
Yes. Intro Reef Session routes are specifically designed for beginners, with slower pacing and additional guidance from briefing through surfacing.
What is your cancellation policy?
Cancellations made 7 days before departure are eligible for a full refund. Later cancellations may be partially refunded depending on logistics already secured.
