Terms & Conditions
These terms govern the use of stormehavens.com and all Storme Havens diving services.
1. Bookings
Bookings are confirmed after availability checks and payment confirmation. Quoted prices are in USD unless stated otherwise.
2. Health and Certification
Guests are responsible for confirming they are medically fit to dive and for presenting valid certification where required for advanced routes.
3. Safety and Conduct
Guests must follow all safety briefings, instructor directions, and marine protection rules. Storme Havens may refuse participation if safety standards are not met.
4. Weather and Route Changes
Routes may be adjusted due to weather, sea conditions, or operational factors. We will provide suitable alternatives or rescheduling options when necessary.
5. Cancellations and Refunds
Cancellations made at least 7 days before departure are eligible for a full refund. Later cancellations may be partially refunded based on non-recoverable logistics costs.
6. Liability
Diving and marine travel involve inherent risks. By booking, guests acknowledge these risks and agree to follow all operational and safety requirements.
